8 years!

Today is our 8 year anniversary.  We celebrated Friday night by staying at the Desert Springs resort in Palm Desert.  This is the big tree in the lobby.  I got to spend the afternoon at the spa and then we went to dinner and did a little Christmas shopping.  It was great!

Santa

Last night was our ward Christmas party.  Wyatt did a great job singing in the program and then they got to sit on Santa's lap!

Happy Thanksgiving!

The night before Thanksgiving, all the boys had a sleepover at our house.

It rained all night and when we woke up, we saw this rainbow from the backyard.

This weekend we went to Newport for cousin Truman's baptism and baby Adilyn's blessing.  We got to stay at the Balboa Bay Club, which is always fun and the kids love.  We had a great time and it was fun to see everyone!

Palm Springs

Last week my parents came for a quick visit.  One day we went to Palm Springs to check out the JW Marriott resort there.  (My dad has worked for Marriott for over 30 years, and Matt and I are going to stay there for our anniversary next month.)  They had these cool little boats that took you on a tour of the resort.  It was an amazing hotel.  Then we went down the street to Kobe for dinner.  We had a great time!
